If you are logging into https://employers.pbucc.org for the first time, then click the "New Users Click Here" link below to choose a new password. When your password is set successfully, in the login box enter your 5-digit
Employer ID number and your new password. You will be prompted for your email address, which should be the primary
Employer email you registered with.
If you are unsure of your
Employer ID, contact Member Services at

IMPORTANT - Do not submit your payment more than once. When submitting payment for your invoice, if you encounter any error message, please do not proceed. Contact our Customer Care Team at 800-642-6543 for assistance.
Employers:
Effective 2024, the Pension Boards can no longer accept payments in advance of our current billing cycle. If we receive a payment that is larger than the current invoice, the balance will be refunded to the payee. We understand this is a change for some of our employers that prefer to pay additional months in advance, so we appreciate your cooperation.
Employers that need to make additional/catch-up employer contributions to a member’s lifetime retirement account may continue to do so by sending a check (along with detailed instructions) to: Pension Boards-UCC, 75 Remittance Drive, Suite 1592, Chicago, IL 60675-1592.
